Inconsistency:
Too many agents are struggling to keep a consistent business. They are riding the roller coaster, going from busy - slow - busy - slow. Inconsistent with finances, business, skill sets, future planning, relationships, and overall living.

Prioritization:
20% of activities creates 80% of an agent's sales. Agents are spending too much time doing ‘busy work’ that can easily be outsourced for more efficiency, leaving the agent in charge of running their business like a business and focusing on income producing activities.

Become the CEO:
Agents need to understand that they are fully running and operating their own business. The success is solely their responsibility. The fundamental difference between the largest agents in the world vs you is that they are more efficient with marketing, following up, lead conversion, rapport building, public speaking, and demonstrating charisma and confidence, amongst other things. Sphere of influence:
While bringing in new leads is important, there is massive potential in fully utilizing your sphere of influence. Learning scripts and staying in contact, through social media, eblast, private invites, etc., will be the best way to never lose out on a client while also building a strong referral network.

Leveraging listings:
Every listing should generate 3 additional listings. I have a very innovative approach that helps me leverage every listing I get. Not only will I teach you this prospecting approach, I’ll also give you a system that does it for you.

Everything Agent:
You have to become the “everything real estate” for your clients. Do they need a plumber, a handyman, painter, gardener, landscaper, contractor, roofer, pest control company, window treatment company. Have a very well organized and professional book of vendors that you can provide to your client at any time.

Customer Service:
Agents need to take a deeper dive in customer service. Through automation and systems, agents should be able to send out next steps emails, your house is now listed, the buying process, the sales process, etc. Clients should always be informed and guided through every step of the process. A white glove service. Finding and training great TC’s, Escrow Officers, etc. to work seamlessly with your business.
